No, to keep fees low for all vendors, they will not be refundable. Your fee supports continued advertising on our webpage, monthly newsletters, and numerous other tools and resources. If you have concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Yes! We operate under a one-time fee, which grants you permanent preferred access. However, violation of the agreement terms can result in removal if not corrected.

We want this to be a trustworthy and respectful community. Vendors may be removed from Preferred status if any of the following occurs:
No-shows without communication
Destruction of property or event space
Consistent late arrival or unprofessional setup
Negative behavior toward customers, fellow vendors, or staff
Repeated failure to meet event standards (cleanliness, display, licensing)
Selling prohibited or misrepresented items
Missing required licenses or failing to submit documents on time
Removals are rare, but they help keep our events safe, fun, and well-run.

Featured on my website + social media— Highlighted business bio, photos, and contact info
Personal vendor recommendations
You’ll be my go-to for my events, as well as referrals to clients and venues
Optional monthly newsletter— Includes early bird invites, vendor spotlights, biz tips, and event updates
